Fully Insured Design Services

Design Services we offer:

  • All Architectural designs - new build houses, extensions, conversions, garages & small scale sites.
  • Joinery designs - bespoke residential & commercial
  • Feasibility study drawings - for small scale new build sites (maximum 8 houses - larger will require negotiating).
  • Planning drawings, Building Regulations documentation and applications - for new build houses, extensions, conversions, garages, small scale sites, aids & adaptations for social housing.
  • Production of standard house type documents for Developers.
  • Production of schedules of works, specifications, project planning and site agent visits.
  • Metalwork fabrications - gates, fences, steel frame buildings, railings (anything structural will require Structural Engineer approval).
  • General design work - including converting sketch drawings into as built drawings, electrical layouts, plumbing layouts, landscaping design layouts etc.


Other Services we offer:

  • Basic BrisCAD training in 2D & 3D (online or In-house) - This can be generic or tailored to match your business processes. We cannot supply hardware or software at present. 
  • BricsCAD  transition service - helping companies integrate BricsCAD into their companies and supporting their users to expedite their personal transition.
  • Software & design system consultancy - standard drawing details, libraries etc.

Having over 30 years experience in a diverse range of engineering, architectural and joinery design opens up many possibilities for our clients. Adding to this, having the knowledge and experience teaching 2D & 3D CAD design enables us to offer training services, tailored to our clients requirements not just generic CAD courses. Our philosophy is, to help our clients realise their ideas and work with them to ensure they get the best product that meets their needs, not meeting our needs! About The Director Jonathan Brown

Jonathan left school in 1991 and joined an engineering company as an apprentice presswork toolmaker. While he was studying his BTEC Nat Cert in Mechanical Engineering he was introduced to AutoCAD (v.10) and was completely gripped by it. He moved jobs within engineering, working on the machines and progressing into prototype work, which involved design and machining to prove the concept.


In 2001, due to the lack of engineering opportunities, he put his AutoCAD skillset to use and retrained in Architectural Design, qualifying as an Architectural Technologist in 2008. In retraining, he found his vocation and love of Architectural Design.
